* Demonstrated ability to write clearly and informatively; edit work for spelling and grammar; varies writing style to meet needs; present numerical data effectively; able to read and interpret written information.

* Proven knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repair of metal fabrications or other structures.

* Demonstrated ability to follow instructions, respond to management direction; take responsibility for own actions; to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form as well as deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

* Demonstrated ability to read a tape measure, builds equipment using drawings, and calculates tube lengths and angles.
