On The Hook Fish and Chips is one of the fastest growing food truck companies in the United States. We are urgently seeking candidates to fill two (2) Night Cleaner positions for our base of operations in Brighton, CO. This is a part-time position paying $20 per hour. Truck cleaners work each night when the food truck returns to our base of operations after serving food Tuesday through Saturday. Work typically begins between 8pm and 10pm depending on when the food truck returns to base. Work typically lasts 4-6 hours per shift and involves thoroughly cleaning the interior and exterior of the food truck, and any dirty dishes.
