Robinwood Dental of Hagerstown, MD is looking to hire a full-time Associate Dentist. Are you ready to take the next step in your dental career? Do you want to be proud of where you work? Our associates are paid 35% of net production (gross production minus insurance write-offs and dentist discretionary discounts). We pay for your malpractice insurance, licensing, dues, lab fees, and provide an allowance for continuing education. Associates are awarded paid time off (PTO), starting at $700.00 per day, and 401(k) contributions with matching after one year. Uniforms and lab jackets are provided. In business since 2003, we are a Christian-based dentistry practice that offers exceptional care and the most complete range of services in Western Maryland. With two locations, we provide care for all ages, offering preventive, restorative, cosmetic, and implant dentistry as well as orthodontics and endodontic treatment. We rarely have to send patients out of the office for special procedures, so we are able to provide better continuity of care. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ASSOCIATE DENTIST

As an Associate Dentist at Robinwood Dental, you'll enjoy being part of a busy and thriving practice. Each day, you'll have the opportunity to help a mix of new and regular patients maintain and improve their smiles. You'll work with two trained dental assistants to perform routine and complex dental procedures. Additionally, you'll be working with a team of hygienists to provide periodic exams during routine dental cleanings.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ASSOCIATE DENTIST

  • Minimum of one year of experience in private practice (no recent graduates or immediately post-residency).
  • Valid dental license for the state of Maryland
  • Leadership skills

WORK SCHEDULE

In addition to normal office hours (M-Th, 8-5 & F, 8-2), there is an on-call rotation between all of the dentists. Rotation is from Wednesday to Wednesday. If you are not available to be on-call as scheduled, it is your responsibility to swap with another dentist.
