  • Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership, providing guidance on HR matters and conflict resolution.
  • Compliance: Ensure HR practices comply with all relevant laws and regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and best practices.

What we're looking for

  • Functional expertise in a range of People Operations areas including employee relations, performance and talent management, compensation and benefits, people analytics, change management, organizational design, workforce planning, talent acquisition, culture and engagement, L&D, selection/administration of people operations tech solutions and vendors.
  • Can unlock data insights and apply data throughout People Operations to drive decision-making and efficiency gains. Identify and measure organizational KPIs and OKRs for the People team.
  • Deep expertise in designing and managing a competitive total rewards strategy including career pathing, compensation, benefits, workplace experience and perks in the tech industry.
  • Experience building and executing change management strategy, including identifying sponsors, developing training programs, managing through resistance, tracking progress and analyzing results.
  • Advise the senior leadership team on relevant compliance and employment law and go beyond best practice to protect the organization and its employees.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to enable the business through People Operations strategy, data, practices, processes, and structure. Can quickly identify and implement solutions to meet the demands of a rapidly growing business.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, working quickly on pressing issues while remaining focused on future outcomes.
  • Exceptional people management skills. Can engage, motivate and build a high-performance team. You'll provide leadership and coaching to a distributed team of managers, specialists and generalists.
