Job Description
Red-tail Roofing has quickly become a go to for residential and commercial property owners in Gladstone, Northland Kansas City and the surrounding areas. We offer roof repairs, installations and replacements, and inspections as well as gutter services.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to fill the role of Field Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage and supervise multiple roofing crews effectively. The Field Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of roofing projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining high-quality workmanship.
Responsibilities:
Manage material at each individual project.
Oversee multiple jobs in a day.
Track job progress using our CRM system that includes notes and pictures.
Look for items that we need to supplement the insurance.
Oversee quality of work and direct crews as needed.
Pick up and return extra materials from jobs.
Complete final roof and ground quality checks.
Represent RTR llc in a professional way consistent with the company mission and purpose.
Drive profitable outcomes of individual projects to the best of one's ability with the first priority being on delivering high quality products that meet or exceed industry standards.

Basic knowledge of construction practices
Leadership qualities
Excellent communication skills
Problem solving abilities

Basic computer skills
Able to lift 75lbs on a regular basis
Able to climb a ladder and access rooftops
