A DAY IN THE LIFE
The Assistant Store Manager assists the Store Manager with hiring, scheduling, barista training, completing managerial paperwork tasks, and running a clean, efficiently operating store. This role also serves as the managerial point of contact when the Store Manager is off shift. (This includes the expectation of a consistently working nights and weekends.) The Assistant Manager is a vital aspect in maintaining a positive culture of loving our Baristas and customers and exemplifies Scooter’s Coffee core values.
