**HOURS AND COMPENSATION**
$14-$15 per hour with stepped up raises every 90 days until cap is achieved
$500 annual sign-on bonus in the first year with a portion paid out quarterly
Opportunity for advancement and pay increases with formal training and development
Full-time ranges from 30-40 hours per week with routes launching between 8-8:30 am and typical completion time between 2 and 4pm.
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday workweek with no weekends and no Wednesday route
