We have an immediate opening for an experienced Director of Clinical Services. Responsibilities include but not limited to supervision and direction of Agency’s professional clinical services in accordance with established policies and program objectives. Has the primary responsibility for maintaining and improving quality of clinical services provided to the community.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Current RN licensure in the State of Kentucky, with no sanctions, restrictions, or provisions.

· At least two years related experience in home health, preferred.

· Case Management, utilization review, and supervisory experience, preferred.

· Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance guidelines.

· Knowledge of governmental regulations, home health guidelines, and private payer practices.

· Exceptional communication skills / telephone skills.

· Demonstrates good communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.

· Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility and cooperation in performing job responsibilities.

· Must be able to perform the essential job duties/responsibilities satisfactorily.

· Must possess current driver’s license and reliable automobile insured by state requirements.
