Are you interested in helping Canadians navigate shopping decisions, rising prices and economic uncertainty? RedFlagDeals.com is looking for a Content Coordinator to join our team. This position will focus on deal content, retail news, and other tools to inform Canadians and help them save. Working with Editorial, Affiliate, SEO and Product teams, you will create and deliver content to inform Canadians.

Responsibilities:

Create, curate, monitor and analyze content on RedFlagDeals.com. Work with multiple data sources to build and curate content pages. Synthesize data, write summaries and updates and share in a readable, engaging, SEO-friendly way. Manage updates for social media videos and other sharable, short-form content.

Competencies:

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a global team

- An interest in the computers & electronics verticals including pricing and product features for laptops, consoles, TVs, smartphones, and other devices

- Solid business and analytical acumen, including familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Data Studio and Ahrefs

- Strong interest in Canadian retail and a passion for shopping, spending, and consumers

- A desire to develop new skills and a willingness to pivot based on data

Requirements:

- 2 years of experience in content management, content writing, and/or search engine optimization

- Familiarity with website monetization strategies

- University degree or equivalent business experience

- A strong interest in managing content and a passion for delighting users and exceeding expectations

- Excellent written and oral communication skills
