Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Courier who is familiar with Stillwater Ok. and the surrounding area to join our team. As a Courier, you will be responsible for transporting packages and documents to their designated locations in a timely and efficient manner, as well as picking packages up with the correct documentation in the time window required. This is a physically demanding role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work with various application based programs. The company is Drivenforce, Inc. and we move product for DHL Express. You will be provided with the required uniform, the branded vehicle and fuel to perform the assigned routes. You will have to have a clean MVR. You will be required to take and have a clean drug screen and a 10 year background check will be completed before you come onboard.

Duties:
- Safely and efficiently operate cargo vans and small box trucks up to 16 ft
- Load and unload packages and documents from vehicles
- Follow delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely delivery
- Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and provide exceptional customer service

- Effectively Communicate with local management throughout the day
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures, receipts, and any other required documentation

Some Very Important Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience as a courier or delivery driver preferred
- Ability to operate Cargo Vans and Small Box Trucks safely
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent time management skills to meet delivery deadlines
- Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and moving objects
- Familiarity with local roads and routes and route optimization tools
