Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist at Nissan of the Bronx. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in accounts receivable and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Process customer payments, including credit card and check payments, and properly record and apply them to customer accounts
- Review and monitor customer accounts for past due balances and follow up with customers to collect payments
- Communicate with customers regarding payment inquiries or disputes, and provide excellent customer service and support
- Generate and send monthly statements to customers
- Work with management to resolve any invoicing discrepancies or payment issues
- Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts receivable reports for management review
- Maintain records, documentation, and files related to accounts receivable
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer payments
- Assist with other accounting tasks and projects as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
