- Lead and Manage operations of restaurant
- Opening and closing the restaurant
- Shift management
- Assisting in team member training and development
- Making sure that the store is always clean and properly organized
- Cash handling
- Setting employee schedules
- Attending to customer requests or inquiries in the restaurant
- Filling in for the store manager when required
- Maintaining restaurant standards and operating procedures
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent time-management skills
- Basic computer skills
- Good interpersonal and people skills
- Top-notch customer relation skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Great attention to details
- Previous experience as a restaurant manager
- Extensive food and beverage knowledge, and the ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
- Great leadership skills
- Familiarity with restaurant management software
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate a staff
