Position: Mobile Residential Counselor – Full Time
Location: Westchester and Putnam Locations
Salary Range: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
Primary Duties:
The Mobile Residential Counselor will be required to travel between licensed residential units. Assignment of the unit(s) will be provided by the Director of Residential Services. The Mobile Residential Counselor teaches and provides skills and the support necessary for clients to achieve their overall rehabilitation goal. The Mobile Residential Counselor is responsible for delivering Medicaid-reimbursable services that are related to the client’s goals. Schedule Sunday-Thursday OR Tuesday -Saturday, typically 1-9pm.
This person will need to possess:

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage competing tasks
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Strong organizational skills and detailed orientated

Qualifications: ; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a human services related field; High school diploma with five years’ experience in human services; Associate degree and three years of experience in human services . Valid driver’s license required and insurability as a driver on SfC’s auto policy.
