Metal Panels Inc is looking for a 2nd Shift Lead Loader to join our team in our Kansas City facility. We are looking for a motivated individual who has experience of operating a forklift and loading semi-trucks. The ideal candidate should have great attention to detail to maintain accurate records.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Compensation: DOE base rate, and quarterly profit sharing.

Metal Panels Inc is looking for a 2nd Shift Lead Loader to join our team in our Kansas City facility. We are looking for a motivated individual who has experience of operating a forklift and loading semi-trucks. The ideal candidate should have great attention to detail to maintain accurate records.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading a small team that will be moving inventory, filling customer orders, pulling material from racks, loading trucks.
- Pulls and assembles orders based on reviewing work/shipping orders or other documentation.
- Reading work orders. Review each load and properly document after you have finished each load.
- Load trucks with strict adherence to all safety policies.
- Secure units with strapping to prevent unit damage or shifting in transit.
- Overhead Crane
- Forklift certified is a plus.
- Monday-Friday 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm – Overtime required as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and efficiency.
- Utilizing basic shop math, inspecting, counting, and stacking products.
- Must be able to lift up to 25-50 lbs. throughout your shift.
- Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with associates, and supervisors.
- Work independently and safely at all times.
- Safety sensitive position – Must be able to pass a pre-screen drug test and a criminal background check.
Compensation: DOE base rate, and quarterly profit sharing.
