Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing nursing care to our residents. The ideal candidate will have a passion for elder care and a desire to make a difference in the lives of others.
Responsibilities
* Provide nursing care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and monitoring vital signs
* Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
* Monitor residents' health and well-being and report any changes to the nurse
* Complete documentation and reports as required
* Provide leadership and guidance to LPNs and CNAs
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care for residents
Qualifications
* Graduate of an accredited RN nursing program
* Current RN license in the state you are working in
* Valid CPR certification
* Previous clinical or healthcare experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to lift and transfer residents
