ATA National Title Group is seeking a motivated team player to join our Clinton Township team as an Abstractor/Search team member. Ideal candidate must be organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

ATA National Title Group is a full service title agency providing comprehensive title and escrow services to companies and individuals. We are committed to our mission of building strong and lasting relationships with our clients and providing them with dependable, timely and accurate service.

Job Duties include:

• Efficiently access and search various municipal and register of deeds websites/records, as well as Data Trace
• Ability to read and understand recorded documents
• Effectively save and organize documents in a specific and established process, to a paperless file

Qualifications and Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to reliably meet deadlines and demonstrate consistent follow through
• Takes pride in quality work
• Strong computer skills
• Prior title company experience required
• RamQuest experience is a plus

Position has the flexibility to be remote or in-office.
