Job Summary:

Assemble new welders, weld cables, and stud guns and perform repairs on used welding systems as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs all necessary electrical/mechanical assembly on small welding equipment.

• Mounts and secures individual components to the welder chassis.

• Installs wiring harnesses to include soldering and mechanical connections.

• Applies decals and warning stickers to welders.

• Assembles welding guns and ground cable sets as directed.

Education, Skills, and Experience:

• Experience with hand tools is required.

• A basic level of electrical theory and safety is desirable.

• Must be able to verify work completed is per instructions given.

• Ability to read, write and comprehend verbal and written instruction.
