KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Maintaining accuracy of stock count to home bin locations.
• Matching bin locations, quantity, units of measurement, expiry dates and the purchase order numbers of every piece of stock/material.
• Initiating corrective action related to inventory process - moving parts to home bins and finding missing quantities from floor investigation.
• Updating mismatches of quantities, locations, part numbers and damaged materials.
• Prioritizing activities according to the company requirements.
• Completion of daily and periodic cycle count processes.
• Maintaining and completing SAP processes, related to inventory team.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth operation.
• Hygiene duties - empty trash bins and sweep isles to maintain a clean work environment.

REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven working experience as a Warehouse Operator in an Inventory role.
• Prior experience of using Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) – FLT etc.
• Prior experience of using standard logistics software (SAP).
• Must have ability to work well with limited supervision.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook (Email).
• Must have a collaborative and team player approach.
• Good ethics and integrity.
• Professional, positive demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
