Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, preparing and serving a variety of beverages, and ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for all patrons.

Duties:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and provide recommendations based on customer preferences
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses and utensils
- Engage with customers, answer questions, and address any concerns or issues promptly
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Skills:
- Previous experience in the food industry or bartending preferred
- Proficient in cash handling and operating a cash register
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service
- Knowledge of Aloha POS system is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change accurately
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales skills to promote specials or upsell menu items

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
