Position Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, ethical behavior, and commitment to the Core Values of the organization
• Responsible for proper administration of contracts, including change order management
• Teaming and organizing with Superintendents, Foremen, Project coordinators, Safety, Accounting and Traffic Control during all phases of the project
• Coordinating and managing subcontractors and suppliers
• Planning and scheduling including involvement in the bidding process, preconstruction, job progress and post construction
• Design Build, CM/GC and other alternative project delivery experience
• Ability to solve problems using logic, judgment, and data to determine effective solutions
• Ability to understand budget requirements, tracking costs including preparing cost to complete projections

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, Construction Management or Civil Engineering degree preferred
• Tunneling Experience is preferred
• Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) is beneficial
• 8-10 years related experience and/or training
• Safe driving record
• Clear and logical thought process, great organizational skills
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
• VISTA software knowledge a plus
• The ability to work both independently and in a team-based environment
