As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Manufacturing Engineer to join our team and play a key role in our manufacturing operations.Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to design fixtures and jigs for CNC mills and lathes, create assembly and test procedures for complex mechanical assemblies, and utilize the Epicor ERP system to streamline manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or industrial engineering, extensive experience in a similar role, and proficiency in Autodesk Inventor for design work.Key Responsibilities:Design fixtures and jigs for CNC mills and lathes to optimize manufacturing processes and ensure product quality.Develop assembly and test procedures for complex mechanical assemblies to ensure efficient production and adherence to quality standards.Utilize the Epicor ERP system to manage manufacturing workflows, track inventory, and generate production reports.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design engineering, production, and quality assurance, to support new product development and continuous improvement initiatives.Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses to evaluate manufacturing processes and recommend improvements.Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to production teams to resolve manufacturing issues and improve efficiency.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in all manufacturing operations.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in manufacturing engineering.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.5-7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in [insert industry].Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor or similar CAD software for design work.Experience designing fixtures and jigs for CNC mills and lathes.Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including machining, assembly, and testing.Familiarity with Epicor ERP system or similar manufacturing ERP software.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Benefits:Competitive salary commensurate with experienceComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement savings plan with company matchingOpportunities for professional development and career advancementDynamic and collaborative work environmentEmployee discounts on company products/servicesHow to Apply: Please submit your resume and cover letter outlining your qualifications and experience.
