Then Chiropractic & Wellness Center would love to hear from you! We need a warm and friendly person at the Front desk. Medical experience is a PLUS but not necessary.

We are looking to fill this position ASAP.

We are looking for a qualified individual who is looking to grow with our team and wants a career not just a job. This position is 30-40 hours per week, with ROOM TO GROW.

**Working some late evening hours will be required**

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Welcoming and ensuring patients feel at home
  • Checking patients in and out
  • Directing the flow of the office and patients
  • Answering and returning phone calls promptly
  • Cashing out each patient, collecting copays and payments, processing payments
  • Communicating with Doctor's offices and practitioners regarding patient care
  • Completing tasks the Doctors needs to run the practice effectively
  • Creating files, filing away charts, faxing and paperwork
  • Paying bills, organizing budgets and general accounting
  • Completing projects as necessary

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education/Experience

· Customer ServiceExperience: 2 years preferred

  • Basic knowledge and skills: Accounting, word processing, project management experience a plus, working healthcare a plus

* Medical Assistant experience a plus

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Requires excellent communication and time management skills. General Experience with using the Internet and standard office programs-Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the position.
  • Quick learner of ChiroTouch software system, all training will be provided accordingly
