Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling insurance policies to new and existing clients, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable products
- Conduct outbound calls to prospects to generate leads and promote insurance products
- Upsell additional insurance coverage options to clients based on their requirements
- Analyze client data to determine the most appropriate insurance plans for their needs
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and processing policy changes

Requirements:
- Proficiency in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
- Prior experience in the insurance industry is preferred but not required

Pay: $52,575.34 - $92,000.00 per year
