Essential Responsibilities & Duties
  • Schedule appointments for customers
  • Proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management.
  • Work closely with Managers to improve quality of appointments and identify opportunities to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain call volume and email leads in a professional and efficient manner to earn customer business and build rapport.
  • Proactively meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and appointment goals, maintaining relationships with customers.
  • Log and track appointments set, shown, and sold using CRM and Microsoft Excel.
  • Follow up with sales customers to assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection, schedule appointments, retain current customers, and establish a positive relationship between the Webb Automotive group and customer.
  • Consistently grow and demonstrate knowledge of the products by providing customers with the proper information and directing customers to product information resources available to them on the internet.
Qualification Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be willing to work evenings and Saturdays
  • Ability to work in a team setting
  • Proficient with basic computer applications
  • Ability to work in a structured environment and adhere to policies and schedule requirements
Other Experience
  • Automotive experience a plus
  • Call center experience a plus
  • Spanish speaking a plus
  • Hospitality experience a plus
