Job Description

We are hiring for the following Full & Part-time positions:

• Kitchen prep chefs
• Pizzaiolo and Salad chefs
• Concierge (cashiers) and Bar-backs
• Bussers and Dining room team
• Dish maintenance operators
• Expediter and Specialty
• Hosts
• Quality Assurance (QA)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
• Exceed Guest Friend expectations, because you recognize that without them, we would not be here
• Prepare personalized Neapolitan pizzas, salads, and desserts
• Ability to explain menu items to Guest Friends and share our Italian heritage with them
• Understand the importance of brand system standards and how this affects other locations

Qualifications

• 18 years of age
• Must have employment eligibility in the U.S
• Ability to act with a "guest is first" attitude & deliver Guest Friend care that meets or exceeds expectations
• Fully enjoy working as part of a team
• Effective oral communication skills
• Able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed
• Ability to read and understand instructions in English
• Must be able to move 50 pounds on an intermittent basis
• Must be able to stand for longer than 8 hours
