MTH MANAGEMENT is Hiring a Painter Near , MI
Painter Duties:
- Meet deadlines on painting apartment units, buildings, special projects.
- Travel to scheduled location, fulfill painting needs and complete within the timeline provided.
- Knowledge of paint style, drywall repair, mudding and paint quality & quantity for assigned work.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships with onsite team members, at multiple locations.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Must have experience with Painting
- Must have transportation and be willing to travel to locations to complete the jobs.
This position offers competitive compensation based on experience.
