We are looking for a Director of Rehabilitation, Physical Therapist Assistant for Sunset Senior Living in Quincy, IL. 

• 110 Bed Facility

• Starting Rate for this position is $75,000-$85,000 annually

Job Description: 

The Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the Therapy Department. This includes but is not limited to: coordinating the delivery of rehabilitation services to residents, evaluating resident needs while monitoring & documenting resident progress, manage & supervise all therapy personnel, and interviewing & recommending new hires. The DOR is responsible for communicating with physicians, nurses & other healthcare professionals at Sunset as well as implementing and managing new programs to meet the needs of the facility and residents. The DOR is delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties.

Requirements

An Associates in Applied Science in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy or higher degree is required. Must be licensed in the state of Illinois and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in rehabilitation.
