Our client is a well-established commercial HVAC and Building Controls company in the Salt Lake City Area.
We are looking for a department manager for the Controls division
What you will do as a Controls Department Manager :
We are looking for a department manager for the Controls division
What you will do as a Controls Department Manager :
- Plan and lead the Controls / building automation division staff
- Manages Service staff members including interviewing, hiring, and training and performance
- Participates in weekly meetings
- Coordinate team member activities to ensure individual and team goals are consistently achieved; ensure team members are working up to the highest standards in all aspects of their positions; conduct regular meetings with team members to review company policy and procedures, performance, quality, and safety statistics.
- Track customer satisfaction on jobs, oversee project reviews
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- 5 years of experience working with HVAC / Building Controls
- leadership experience
