Serving the community for 75 years, Central Behavioral Health is a non-profit community behavioral health center that continues to help people of all ages. Job Overview:

In the Outpatient Coordinator role, you will have the opportunity to provide administrative support to consumers, fellow team members, and referral sources through the coordination and administration of the front office activities.

Schedule:

This is a Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm- 37.5 hour per week position.

Responsibilities:

• Answering and responding to phone inquiries, TEAMS messages, and emails.
• Assist with the greeting and checking-in consumers or other visitors of the agency.
• Assist in collecting Co-pays
• Check out and schedule consumers for future appointments.
• Complete intake pre-screenings
• Support psychiatry staff
• Develop and review treatment plans/ safety plans with consumers
• Scanning of medical documents into the EHR
• Assist with other Departmental duties.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in human services related field (preferred) OR high school diploma with 2 years of customer service experience
• Ability to manage crisis and problem solve
• Good Customer Service and phone skills.
• Computer exposure to EHR systems helpful.

Clearances:

In accordance with state regulations, all prospective new employees/contractors must provide originals for a photocopy of their Federal Criminal History Record (DHS FBI Background Check), PA Criminal Background Check, and PA Child Abuse Clearance before commencing the offered position.
