We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team. The Assistant General Manager will assist in overseeing the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality. This is a key leadership role that requires strong managerial skills and a passion for the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Partners with the GM to lead your team.
• Supervising staff to maximize shop operations.
• Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs set forth by the Management Company.
• Work as a member of the team to ensure success in all areas.
• Fill in where needed to ensure that service standards and efficient operations are met.
• Always maintain a hygienic and safe work environment.
• Report to work punctually and assist in the event of an emergency outlined within restaurant standards and all Company policies.
• Treating both hourly employees and members of the Management team with professionalism and respect.
• Ensure that all products are received in the correct unit, count and condition as well as the correct pricing. Also ensure that deliveries are performed in accordance with store receiving policies and procedures.
• Always available to work at any time during operating hours.

Qualifications:

• Strong team management skills
• Basic math comprehension
• Ability to operate POS
• Ability to utilize application for scheduling, inventory etc..
• Knowledgeable with computers, printers and scanners.
• Capable of working in a standing position for long periods of time (minimum of 8 hours a day).
• Capable of reaching, bending, and frequently lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Must have the stamina to work a minimum of 40-50 hours per week.

Requirements:

• Must have at least 1-5 years' retail management experience. Please no resumes if you have less than 1 year of experience.
• Must be able to pass a federal background check to receive airport badging.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Salary: $39,000-$43,000
