We are now hiring a leasing consultant for our Devon Pointe Apartments and Townhomes in Goose Creek, SC (246 units)!

What will I be doing?

Our Leasing Professionals are the front-line person(s) to interact directly with prospective residents to help them select their ideal home within our community. Leasing consultants also work with our residents and the entire property team to support a service-focused atmosphere onsite.

  • First and foremost, you're a Relationship Builder! You understand that everyone is different and are able to meet their needs by connecting with them.
  • A Dynamic Tour Guide. You have an engaging personality and are great at understanding people's preferences. Touring models and providing solutions for your customers is a daily priority!
  • An Engaged Community Partner. You truly care for the desires of others and love to brainstorm ways to help people within the property.
  • Organized and Confident. When it comes to daily administrative tasks, you are able to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Answering phones in a professional and positive manner is your common practice!
  • Motivated. You have an intrinsic motivation and delight in reaching goals! You do this by prioritizing the needs of residents and by delivering more than customers expect!

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Responding immediately to all e-mail inquiries for information.
  • Accepting applications for residency
  • Making certain future residents understand deposit policies.
  • Determining move-in date and apartment desired
  • Collecting Deposits
  • Updating apartment availability reports/boards/forms
  • Completing leasing paperwork
  • Inspecting future resident’s apartment to ensure readiness.
  • Handling customer complaints professionally and forwarding all un-resolved complaints to the Property or Assistant Manager.

What's needed for this position:

  • Prior sales or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong computer skills required.
  • Professional business attire is required.
  • Must be available to work rotating weekends.
