Ed Morse is currently seeking an Accounting Support Specialist to join our team.

• Assist with inventory records for new and used Motorcycles.
• Process accounts payable/receivable accurately and on time.
• Handle basic accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and GL account reconciliations.
• Support inventory management and title processing functions.
• Work closely with accounting team to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Provide backup support to Accounting Manager.

• Have a minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.
• Dealership experience is preferred.
• Be able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced office.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent computer skills including Excel and Word
• Excellent written, verbal and communication skills
• Must be able to work well with people on all levels and be able to communicate effectively.
