Looking for a part time dance instructor to train over the summer and then continue to teach August- May.

Hours and days are flexible, Monday- Thursday 9am-2pm

Pay rate is between $15-$25 an hour, depending on number of children in the class. Must have driver’s license, be able to work with young children (mostly ages 2-5), high school diploma, and pass a background check. Dance experience or teaching experience is preferred.

Instructor will drive to different locations to teach dance classes to children ages 2-6, between the hours of 9-4.

Instructors are given a set weekly schedule. Schedule is the same September- May. Opportunities for summers off also available. Instructors are given (unpaid) time off. Most holidays, fall break, winter break, spring break, with 2 additional breaks (one at the beginning of the summer and one at the end) are automatically given. Additional unpaid vacations are available upon request.

Additional hours maybe available. In field training is paid, at home training is required but not paid. Those that sign a Aug-May contract may be given the opportunity to train in California (accommodations and travel expenses paid).

We are currently only looking for instructors that can teach in the fall- spring. If you have only summer availability, at this time we can not accommodate you.
