Tammac Holdings Corporation is Hiring a Regional Sales Manager Near Louisiana, MO

We are seeking only passionate, fun, and outgoing candidates ready to build and grow our seasoned regional brand into the nation's most respected and successful manufactured housing lender. The right fit for this role will be a proven coach and team-builder with solid performance management skills who is an expert in building and executing market strategies, dealer segmentation, and sales manager development. We need a true Sales Culture guru with excellent communication and soft skills, bold ambitions, and high self-awareness.
Your top priority will be leading and developing a “Road Warriors” team that will forge strong and lasting partnerships with manufactured home dealerships, mortgage brokers, manufactured home communities, other strategic partners, and most importantly, our internal enabling teams (Underwriting, Funding, and Inside Sales). You will be responsible for achieving team application and sales goals in a competitive market with the assistance and guidance of a dedicated, professional, and tenured Leadership team.

  • Excellent time management skills with an ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

  • Ability to lead, motivate, and train a field-based sales team.
  • Ability to drive bottom-up sales results that meet or exceed company expectations.
  • KPI Driven with an attention to detail.
Knowledge & Experience:
  • 3 years of Sales Experience
  • 2 years of experience with Manufactured Housing lending or Residential Mortgage lending (preferred)
  • 3 years of Sales Team Leadership
Work :Environment::
  • Up to 75% of travel
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
  • The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand.
  • Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
