The right fit for this role will be a proven coach and team-builder with solid performance management skills who is an expert in building and executing market strategies, dealer segmentation, and sales manager development. We need a true Sales Culture guru with excellent communication and soft skills, bold ambitions, and high self-awareness.
Your top priority will be leading and developing a “Road Warriors” team that will forge strong and lasting partnerships with manufactured home dealerships, mortgage brokers, manufactured home communities, other strategic partners, and most importantly, our internal enabling teams (Underwriting, Funding, and Inside Sales). You will be responsible for achieving team application and sales goals in a competitive market with the assistance and guidance of a dedicated, professional, and tenured Leadership team.

Knowledge & Experience:

• 3 years of Sales Experience

• 2 years of experience with Manufactured Housing lending or Residential Mortgage lending (preferred)

• 3 years of Sales Team Leadership

Work :Environment::

• Up to 75% of travel

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

• The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand.

• Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
