As part of a self-directed work team, the Event Show Plans Operations Representative facilitates the efficient functioning of the Event Operations Department by providing knowledgeable and proactive customer service for Conformation and Obedience events. This role performs detailed analysis and processing of information supplied by customers and the appropriate application of rules, regulations, procedures, and Board policies related to event applications and judges’ panels. The Event Show Plans Ops Rep must work with other AKC teams and multiple levels of management within the AKC to provide customer satisfaction and issue resolution. May be required to perform other departmental duties as assigned.
*This position requires onsite in our Raleigh office.
