As an Asset Protection Clerk , you will be part of a team at the forefront of our efforts to ensure safety, prevent losses, and uphold the highest compliance standards in a tightly controlled professional work environment.

What you will do :

Welcome and manage visitor process, including badge issuance, documentation, and escorting. Ensure all safety and security policies are followed.

Responsible for assisting with the physical access security systems and databases (burglar alarms, access control), which includes access provisioning or access termination, entering, verifying, and maintaining the data.

Maintain a vehicle registration database and monitor the 20-acre campus for unregistered guests or vehicles.

Respond to emergencies, including medical and other incidents, according to policy and notify emergency services as needed, formally documenting all incidents.

Provide additional administrative support to Asset Protection department, which includes, but is not limited to, retrieving CCTV footage in support of various investigations, conducting confidential surveillances, and participating in other projects that support store level Asset Protection programs.

As needed assist with physical property, surveillance, equipment, and database audits. Report and record observations, information, security risks, or employee concerns.

All other duties and special projects as assigned.

• High School Degree Required
• You have experience in loss prevention, asset protection or other relative experiences.

What We're Looking For :

• Hourly Full Time.
• Requires morning, afternoon, and evening availability any day of the week.
• Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties.
• Minimally must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance; may lift over 25 pounds with or without assistance.

Travel Requirements :

Up to 10%
