Salary/Wage: $16.50 - $19.00

Place of Work: Various jobsites around east TN

Position Status: 40 or more hrs/week

Basic Job Description: Installation of cement/synthetic stucco

Duties/Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience
• Install Air & Vapor Barriers and or flashings at openings
• 2 install wire lath as required
• Apply brown coat, cement base coat and finish coat plaster.
• Apply synthetic Plasters to include installation of Foam board, trim, mesh and base, and special finishes.
• Must have own tools for work.
• Cement stucco, EIFS Stucco, Special Finishes, and Gypsum Finishes to a level 5
• Assist with scaffold and job set ups
• Anyone who is willing to learn from experienced employees on the Stucco trade

Additional Information:

Adequate transportation and a full complement of plaster tools are required. Workers must complete a drug test, e-verify, and a possible background check.
