Summary:

The Foreman supervises and coordinates the work and personnel on a project.

Essential Functions:

• Plan, Implement, and Manage tasks in accordance with project priorities and goals.
• Responsible and accountable for all personnel and ensuring all Safe Work Practices are utilized and enforced.
• Work closely with the Project Team in planning, executing, and completing projects.
• Adheres to project schedules.
• Manage and guide the use of machinery and equipment.
• Mitigate and resolve emerging problems and issues.
• Mentor, train, and coach team members.
• Able to perform job in a safe and expedient manner.
• Participate in and promote utilization of the BBI Take 5 Program.

Competencies:

Ability to work both in groups and individually to meet goals and to develop strong working relationships with internal and external customers and team members.

Education/Experience Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
