We’re seeking savvy, motivated individuals to join our team as a Personal Bankerat our Bridgton branch!
In this dynamic and fast paced role, you’ll be responsible for meeting the financial needs of new and existing customers by identifying potential opportunities to develop customer relationships for all Bank business lines.
You’ll use a proactive sales strategy in an effort to cross-sell other lines of business to clients, and you'll process and close retail loans with a focus on consumer and home equity production.
In addition, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to successful branch operations by processing daily transactions and assisting with various other branch duties, and when applicable, leverage your in-depth knowledge on Bank services, policies and procedures to aid in resolving complex customer inquiries or issues.

What we’re looking for:
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in banking with previous involvement in consumer lending
  • High school diploma required with post high school education, certification and/or college degree preferred, or commensurate work experience
  • Superior knowledge of Bank products and services
  • Strong interpersonal skills including but not limited to being a good listener with an acute ability to remain pro-active and decisive
  • Top-notch written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional internal and external customer service with demonstrated relationship-building skills
  • Proven successes with maintaining, developing and expanding customer relationships
  • Fluency in Microsoft Suite with a preferred aptitude in Integrated Teller and CRM software’s
  • Positive attitude and ability to adapt to changing circumstances
  • Self-motivated and driven with exemplary engagement
  • Willingness to accept direction/instruction and work well within a team of professionals

Working Conditions:
Physical surroundings are generally pleasant and comfortable with minimal exposure to injury or other hazards.
Physical effort required; lifting up to 35 lbs.; reaching, twisting, bending, pushing and pulling; standing for extended periods of time; freedom of movement on a regular basis; handling of materials and supplies.
