What we’re looking for:
- 3 – 5 years of experience in banking with previous involvement in consumer lending
- High school diploma required with post high school education, certification and/or college degree preferred, or commensurate work experience
- Superior knowledge of Bank products and services
- Strong interpersonal skills including but not limited to being a good listener with an acute ability to remain pro-active and decisive
- Top-notch written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional internal and external customer service with demonstrated relationship-building skills
- Proven successes with maintaining, developing and expanding customer relationships
- Fluency in Microsoft Suite with a preferred aptitude in Integrated Teller and CRM software’s
- Positive attitude and ability to adapt to changing circumstances
- Self-motivated and driven with exemplary engagement
- Willingness to accept direction/instruction and work well within a team of professionals
