We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and must be willing to take on multiple responsibilities. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various projects, wearing multiple hats to ensure successful completion. Relocation assistance may be available for candidates with relatable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate projects from conception to completion.
• Collaborate with Estimators, Design Engineers, and other team members to ensure project success.
• Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Revit, MS, and scheduling software to streamline project processes.
• Oversee civil engineering projects, including earth retention systems, foundation piling systems, and ground improvements.
• Ensure compliance with engineering regulations and obtain necessary registrations.
• Actively participate in client meetings, demonstrating strong communication and people skills.
• Mentor junior team members and provide support as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Engineering registrations are desirable.
• US Green card holders preferred; no H1b sponsorship available.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong English proficiency is required.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with project management software and design tools.
