Position: Area Manager – Jacksonville Division (based in Panama City Beach)

Division managers supervise a defined segment of the company and are responsible for that division's success. General duties include training, planning, allocating resources, developing key relationships, and managing the daily operations of the division. ARM is looking for someone with:

• Proven leadership work experience.
• Knowledge in the grocery business
• Excellent customer relationship management skills.

Key tasks include:

• Train team members
• Trade Development
• Travel throughout the Jacksonville Division, meeting with associates and key store personnel
• Communicate clearly and professionally with store management
• Planogram implementation
• Early Morning Start Times
• Must be able to read and follow planograms
• Must be able to move at a fast pace
• Must be able to lift up to 40lbs
• Store sets
• Review multiple reports and communicate with corporate office.
