Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Teacher at Cadence Academy Preschool located in Menomonee Falls, WI. The Teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans, fostering positive communication with children and parents, and creating a supportive and engaging learning environment. The Teacher will also be involved in training and professional development activities.

• Education and teaching skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create and implement lesson plans
• Training and professional development experience
• Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting
• Patience, creativity, and adaptability
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
