Idaho Cedar Sales is seeking applicants for a Night Shift Supervisor at its split rail cedar mill in Troy, Idaho. The ideal candidate will have a background in the forest products industry, but we are willing to train the right person.

Duties:

- Oversee operations of the mill during the night shift

- Supervise and train mill employees

- Ensure proper safety procedures are followed and investigate/report any violations

- Help interview and hire new employees as needed

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

- The night shift runs from 3:30 pm to 12:00 am, and the supervisor is expected to arrive approximately an hour before the shift starts each day

Desired Experience:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
