Coaching Special Needs students!!!

Our Therapeutic Support Staff assists the teacher in the classroom by managing student behaviors and working with the students academically. Hours are 8:00-3:00 PM,

M-F. $18 an hour to start with credit given for relative work experience, credit for degrees, and driving a route for our Ready to Roll department. You can work up to 9 hours a day by assisting with the transportation of students which would put you into overtime before/ after school pickup and dropoffs. This is for our campus in Paradise Valley, AZ. The support staff have the opportunity to coach our students at recess, P.E. class, and other recreational opportunities we have to offer!!!

Therapeutic Support Staff Salary & Benefit Information

Pay may be increased $0.50/hr. upon presenting a Bachelor's degree and up to $1.00/hr. with a Substitute Certificate. After 1 year of employment, employees are encouraged to apply for their TSS Level 2. Obtaining Level 2 would increase pay an additional $0.50/hr. and include additional responsibilities.

The ACES awards 1 hour of PTO/PST for every 30 hours worked per pay period. The Accrual of this time is shown on your paystubs.
