Direct Support Professional - seeking a dynamic and team-oriented individual to provide services for a young man whom lives in his own home. Staff in this position will provide person centered support with independent living skills, accessing community resources and providing community integration activities for socialization, establishing meaningful relationships and community involvement.

Minimum Qualifications –

High school diploma / GED

· Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

Acceptable driving record, valid driver’s license.

Acceptable CORI and background fingerprinting check required.
