Kredo Commercial Services is Hiring a Janitorial Operations Manager Near Austin, TX

Position Overview

The Operations Manager is responsible for the overall day-to-day operations and for managing the client experience to ensure superior quality work is completed at multiple commercial properties in Austin, San Antonio, and College Station.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and inspections of the accounts.
  • Perform daily inspections of the work of the janitorial staff to ensure it meets the client’s expectations.
  • Plan, supervise, communicate, and administer the budget, vendor, and supplier contact, and other operational/managerial responsibilities
  • Ensure clients are satisfied with the services they receive and be responsive to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction.
  • Responsible for quality control and inspections at different sites.
  • Ensure that all contract terms and SOW requirements are being upheld.
  • Determine areas of improvement in buildings and determine a plan to improve the space.
  • Manage the start-up of new accounts.
  • Audit and maintain inventory, supplies, and equipment, and ordering.
  • Analyze and facilitate budgets to identify areas of cost savings and improvement.
  • Ensure safety and regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Conduct meetings to maintain consistent, timely, and effective communication within all levels of the business ( internal management team and employees).
  • Manage team members performing work at multiple properties.
  • Ability to oversee one-time projects from conception to completion.
  • Manage onsite employee training program, Identify training needs, and ensure proper training is developed and provided.
  • Train team members on technology platforms.

Requirements:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and email communication
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to lead teams
  • Highly organized
  • Technology savvy
  • High energy with a commitment to service
  • Able to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • The ability to speak in English and Spanish.
