Able to write and implement all components of an IEP(Individual Education Plan)
Must be able to use a variety of reading and math strategies to meet the needs of exceptional students
Must have strong organizational skills, able to schedule teaching, assessments, IEP meetings, and professional collaboration to meet all local, state, and federal requirements for special needs students
Must be a strong communicator with parents and able to hold structured IEP meetings to meet all requirements
Must be a critical thinker, team player, collaborator, and able to use students' academic performance data to make accurate decisions to meet students needs
