Evercor is one of the fastest growing facility maintenance providers in the Northeast. We are looking for a motivated self-starter with excellent customer service skills, collaborative work style, and a focus on effective communication with internal and external business partners. You will have full support of our management team and be working alongside leaders with years of knowledge and experience in the facility maintenance industry.

Responsibilities

- Ensure all customers are served in the most efficient manner and at the highest level of service possible by coordinating with customers, municipalities, companies, and ensuring adherence to contracts as well as Code, DOT and OSHA compliance.

- Train and maintain training for all assigned employees in proper service, equipment operation, safety, and company policies.

- Conduct weekly audits of assigned sweeping routes to ensure scope compliance and quality is being executed by all our drivers.

- Establish and maintain route efficiency, re-evaluate routes as needed, and redistribute workloads to sustain proper coverage.

- Conduct investigations for all injuries and incidents which includes but not limited to finding the root cause, providing consistent discipline, and retraining along with the leadership team.

- Serve as a backup for call outs and emergency calls

- Review documentation daily including Samsara Videos/GPS, driver logs, pre & post trips and following up as needed.

- Evaluate customers to resolve safety issues.

- Establish and maintain timely and consistent interactions with employees to motivate, develop, and understand their career goals.

- Foster a culture of trust and open communication with employees and customers.

- Complete special projects and other job duties as assigned.

- Ability to support snow removal tasks during winter months

- Other duties as assigned

You Have:

- A minimum of 2 years of commercial driving experience.

- Ability to read, write and speak English fluently

- A High School Diploma or equivalent experience.

- Two (2) to four (4) years of previous leadership experience.

- A valid driver’s license.

- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills and strong interpersonal skills.

- Must be organized and motivated to succeed with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

- Strong skills related to Microsoft Office software products, specifically excel.

You Might Have:

Experience in the waste, transportation, manufacturing industry or street/parking lot sweeping is a plus

Pay: From $26.00 per hour
