Federation of Organizations is looking for a Fee for Service Therapist to join our team. This individual will provide clinical evidence-based therapy in individual, family, and group modalities to a caseload of children and adults with mental health diagnoses. Our Therapist will work as a member of an interdisciplinary team, as well as alongside health care providers and outside resources.

Qualifications

• Masters in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field
• A valid and clean NY State driver license
• Fingerprinting, criminal record check
• Approval from NYS Office of Mental Health
• Strong understanding of clinic documentation
• Effecting interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of community resources

Core & Essential Responsibility

• Maintain a caseload of clients to provide individual and/or family therapy to on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly bases
• Completion of all documentation for assigned caseload.
• Complete all required documentation within a 48 hour period and comply with program and OMH regulations
• Responsible for proficiency in all agency based IT applications

SALARY: fee for service $30 per hour
