Broadway Bar & Pizza® Rochester is currently seeking a full-time supervisor to strengthen our team. This is a tipped & hourly position.

Summary: We are actively seeking a dynamic, self-motivated and multi-talented individual with experience and skills in full service restaurant operations management. You will fulfill a vital role on our management team and will be responsible for numerous tasks. It requires a strong desire to lead staff to high levels of service and production, serving a quality product while promoting a team oriented culture.

Previous serving and bartending experience is a must. If you are interested in working in a fun, upbeat, serve the guest first atmosphere and have a get it done attitude, you will be successful in this position.

Responsibilities:

· Develops and maintains company's operations business plans including establishing and monitoring the company goals and progress.

· Participates in inventory including month-end processes related to inventory reconciliation, confirming sales revenues and appropriate allocation of cost of goods sold.

· Manages guest experience by providing guest and staff service support to resolve issues and to help our company exceed guest and staff expectations.

· Develops and manages company safety program and policy including communicating standards to staff.

· Works with Manager/staff to develop and maintain effective weekly meetings including setting agendas and organizing reports.

· Develop and motivate organization team members to increase and/or add skills levels to help fill organizational gaps as needed.

· Identifies and coordinates special projects as needed.

Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour
